Workouts

I've deviated a bit from the Cuts & Curves program with the help of one of the personal trainers at 24 Hour Fitness. I wanted something that would kick my booty, and get me ready to tackle Warrior Dash in May! So far, so good. I still have to modify for my knee a bit, but it seems to be working so far.

I like that it has picked up the pace of the workout and it doesn't take as much time away from my evening. We also added cardio intervals between strength training sets on a couple of the workouts. Definitely a booty kick!

I also wanted to share my new running shoes! I love them! They are made by Under Armour.
